When using our services, products and website we may ask you to supply us with personal information so that we can provide, enhance and personalise our services and marketing efforts. Personal data

All information regarding yourself in the webselfcare (User Portal) is encrypted and only accessible by your user, users who you delegate this authorization and by True-Kare/Distributor where you acquired the service for technical support.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

You are able to delegate or authorize the access to your webselfcare (User Portal), by another user or institution. You are the only responsible for this authorization and/or delegation, and only should make this if you dealt with all legal procedures required.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure.

If you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner, you should immediately change or reset the password. If you have reset the password, you will receive an email with a link to change the password in the email address you’ve indicated in the registration.

Google Maps

As TED Alert provides access to Google Maps, information regarding users of Google Maps, including (but not limited to) identifiable information such as user name, the location of your TED Alerts Locator and your location may be gathered, used and retained and by us.

Personal information about you may also be gathered, used and processed by Google in accordance with Google’s privacy policy. Google’s privacy policy, as amended by Google from time to time, is currently available at http://www.google.com/privacy.html.

Other information

We will also collect anonymous data during usage. This information does not contain any unique identification and is only used to improve the accuracy of the services, the maps and for creating related new services.

We are committed to using technology to help people become active partners in their own well- being. We are also committed to protecting individual privacy. We implemented several technical mechanisms to protect service, namely we encrypt all information in the website and in the communications between the phone and service platform, and only allow your user of the account to access to that information. You acknowledge that you voluntarily introduce personal information in the Website. You can introduce new information, change or delete the existing information. You have also the right to erase all information regarding you and your account. If for any reason you delete all information regarding you and even your account, you acknowledge that you are the only responsible for it.

Data regarding the location of your TED Alert Locator will be retained in our databases for sixty (60) days from when the relevant data was gathered.
